At Apos, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Apos account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Pack Your Gear
Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
